Zoya Abbas is a Ceramic based artist based in New York, New York. Zoya’s work is deeply influenced by her upbringing on the Pacific coast and Islamic heritage. Their work exists on the intersection of function and sculpture and is unified by the use of dots as a mode of story telling and world building.

Zoya has amassed over 10 years of ceramic experience in community studios and has participated in fellowships and residencies including Public Ceramics (NYC), Maker House (Santa Barbara, CA) , and will be attending Anderson Ranch (Aspen, CO) in winter 2026.
